Procedure

Phase A – Add phase A to main vessel with sheer mixing. Begin heating to 75-80°C. Phase B – In a separate vessel, add phase B with shear mixing and begin heating to 80°C. Phase C – In a separate vessel, mix color dispersions until uniform and hold. When phase B reaches 80°C, add phase C to phase B under shear mixing. Once completely uniform and dispersed, add Phase C to main vessel under high shear mixing. Begin cool down. Phase D – Premix phase D into a paste/gel. Once main vessel reaches 60°C, add to phase D to main vessel. Continue cool down. Phase E – Once batch reaches below 45°C, add phase E to main vessel under continued shear mixing. Phase F – Premix Phase F and add to batch in main vessel. Transfer to final container.
